Porthcawl Lions Club is a small community based organisation consisting of 29 Men and Women, but it has the support of the International Association of Lions Clubs. This organisation links similar clubs in 189 countries around the world. A world-wide, voluntary, community service organisation with over 44,600 clubs in 190 countries, comprising of more than 1,400,000 members - making it the largest organisation of its kind in the world.
